Shipping Policy

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we will start our fulfillment process. All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Transit times vary from 5-7 business days.

Order Shipment:

We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at support@homegymemporia.com.

No Shipping outside the USA. 

Shipping Options

Our base "Curb-side" Pickup shipping is usually completely free! This option usually takes between 5-7 days to arrive at your doorstep, after you have submitted your order. There are other options available, however. We also offer the below options for some products. Please contact us for more information about these prior to ordering. 

  • Threshold Shipping: This involves the item being brought onto your porch, or into a sheltered/garage area. 
  • White Glove Delivery - this includes the item being brought into your room of choice, any minor assembly, and all boxes and packaging removed from your house! Saunas will not be assembled.

Supplier Specific Policies

Muscle D Fitness

Shipping Regions:

  • The free shipping rate is applicable to standard ground shipping within the continental United States. For shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or other regions, additional charges may apply.

Shipping Process:

  • Once your order is confirmed and payment is processed, our team will prepare your fitness equipment for shipment.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
  • Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the equipment during the estimated delivery window.

Order Cancellation:

  • You may cancel your order free of charge provided the cancellation is made at least a few days before the order leaves our warehouse.

Reporting Damaged Items:

  • If you receive a damaged item, you must take clear photographs of the damage and note the damage on the delivery Bill of Landing. Failure to do so may affect your ability to file a claim.

Accepting Damaged Shipments:

  • If the damage is visible and significant, please reject the shipment upon delivery. Contact us immediately to report the issue.

Shipping Timeline:

  • Orders typically leave our warehouse within one week of payment. However, shipping times may vary based on the item. We will inform you of the expected ship date once payment for the item and freight cost is received.

Carriers and Packing:

  • We use major carriers such as Roadway, UPS T-Force, and others. The packaging and delivery method depend on the type of item and delivery requirements. Please provide specific delivery conditions, including if inside delivery is required, the size of entry doors, and any other special instructions to ensure accurate shipping quotes and arrangements.

Special Delivery Circumstances:

  • For large items or special delivery requirements (e.g., inside delivery, second-story delivery), please inform us in advance. We will work with you to arrange the necessary logistics and ensure a smooth delivery process. Heavy items may require assembly at the destination.

 

Rae Crowther

Shipping Timeline:

  • Shipping times vary depending on the product and the time of year, ranging from as little as 1 day to as long as 3 weeks. Most items ship within 1 week. We will provide you with an estimated shipping timeline after you place your order.

Carriers and Packing:

  • We ship via UPS Ground for smaller items and use R&L and ABF for motor freight. The method of shipping will depend on the size and weight of your order.

Accepting Damaged Shipments:

  • In most cases, when a package appears damaged, the product inside remains intact. Customers should accept the shipment and sign the delivery ticket as "damaged." This ensures that any issues are noted without refusing the freight.

Reporting Damaged Items:

  • Please refer to the return policy for detailed instructions on how to report damaged items.

Order Cancellation:

  • Orders can be canceled free of charge before they leave the warehouse, with the exception of custom items (e.g., goal posts, custom special teams mats, Tunch Punch). However, if a buyer cancels more than two orders in a calendar year, they will be placed on a no-sell list and will no longer be allowed to purchase Rae Crowther products. We take cancellations seriously and recommend careful planning before placing an order.

Shipping Timeline:

  • New purchase orders (POs) ship within 24-48 hours after processing. We will inform you of any back orders or lead times when your PO is processed.

Carriers and Delivery:

  • We work with a variety of carriers, including TFORCE, R+L, Custom CO, and Mainfreight. We shop all carriers to find the most economical shipping option for each order.

Accepting Damaged Shipments:

  • Even if the packaging is damaged, the product inside may still be intact. Please accept the package, but make sure to take photos of the packaging before removing the product in case there is any damage. This helps us handle any claims quickly and efficiently.

Reporting Damaged Items:

  • While we encourage you to report any damage as soon as possible, we understand that it may not always be visible until installation, which can sometimes occur months after delivery. We handle such situations on a case-by-case basis, so please report damage when it is discovered.

Order Cancellation:

  • You can cancel your order free of charge before it leaves the warehouse. No fees will be applied for cancellations.

 

Legend Fitness, Spirit and TKO

  • OWNERSHIP: Customer takes ownership upon signing freight

    BOL document. Once the BOL is signed, Legend Fitness cannot

    guarantee refunds for damaged shipments

  • DELIVERY and ASSEMBLY: Delivery and assembly are to be
    performed during regular business hours. Special requests necessary tocomplete work, will be paid for by the customer.

  • CLAIMS: Customer agrees to promptly file claim for all goods damaged goods, regardless of damage or reason for claim. Legend Fitness reserves the right to honor claims on a case-by-case basis. Any claim filed after 3 days of ownership will not be considerd prompt. We do this to protect ourselves, not hurt you.

TROY, VTX and USA

Carriers and Delivery:

  • For ground shipments under 150 pounds, we use UPS or FedEx. Shipments over 150 pounds will be shipped via LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight.

Shipping Timeline:

  • Orders ship within 24 hours once they are released and payment has been processed.

Order Cancellation:

  • Orders can be canceled before they leave the warehouse, but if the order has already been packed, a restocking fee will apply. The fee is a minimum of $25 or 15% of the total purchase order (PO), whichever is greater.

Reporting Damaged Items:

  • Any damaged items must be reported immediately upon delivery. Please take clear pictures of the damaged product and notify us as soon as possible for further assistance.

Accepting Damaged Shipments:

  • If the product itself is damaged, report it immediately upon receipt. It’s important to inspect your items and document any issues to help us resolve the situation promptly.
