We only ship within the United States (excluding HI and AK). We do NOT ship to international locations.
When will I receive my order?
All orders are handled and shipped within 1-5 business days, Monday through Friday. Your order will be delivered within 5-7 business days, Monday through Friday. The total estimated delivery time is 6-12 business days, Monday through Friday.
What do I do if I never received my order?

What do I do if I receive a defective order?
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage, you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) arrive damaged please send an email to support@homegymemporia.com with
- photos of the damage and box,
- SKU #,
- a brief description of the damage
Photos and videos must be sent for freight damage within 24 hours of arrival or the freight damage claim will not be valid. Any punctures or visible signs of exterior damage must be reported within 24 hours. Please also keep the original packaging.
